One offer. In front of real people.
Built around the job you already have. I am Christian, and I was an electrician. I built a business, watched it fall over, and rebuilt it on the marketing I had to learn the hard way. Everything I worked out is on this page, and most of it costs nothing.

What free actually means here
Not a sample. Not a chapter. The whole thing.
- 46Lessons in the VaultSeven modules, twenty minutes a day, twenty-eight days

The actual problem
You are not short of information.
You have watched the videos. There are two courses you did not finish and a notes app full of ideas that were all quite good. What is missing is not another idea. It is one offer, for one kind of person, finished and in front of them.
Where to start
Four doors. Two of them cost nothing.
Take them in this order if you are starting from scratch. Skip straight to the one that matches where you actually are if you are not.

Door one, free
The Secret to Your First $1,000 Online
Twenty-nine short chapters on building something small that sells, written for somebody with a job and an evening. It comes with the workbook, and twenty-four worksheets you can fill in as you read.
The book promises those worksheets free twenty-five times. So they sit on an open page with no email gate on them, because a promise printed in a book is a promise.
Digital, instant, no card.

Door two, free
The Vault, and why I give it away
Seven modules and forty-six lessons that take you from a blank page to one offer in front of real people, in twenty minutes a day for twenty-eight days. Every checklist, prompt and worksheet is in there with it.
Here is the honest reason it is free, since somebody always asks.
Part of it runs on a tool I earn a commission on. Modules one to five use an AI team that lives inside the OPS Challenge, and if you carry on with it past the free week, I get paid. That is disclosed on the page, in the Vault, and in the terms.
The other part is simpler. I would rather you owed me nothing while you work out whether I am any good. If the free thing is worth more than most paid things, the rest looks after itself.
First name and email. That is the whole price.
Door three
Sales Funnel Mastery
The Vault gets you one offer in front of people. This is everything after that. The complete sales and marketing system, the way I actually run it, with the tools I use and the reasons I picked them. Hands on, not theory.
Funnels
Every page, in the order it gets built, and what each one is actually for.
Traffic
Organic first, paid second, and how to know which one you are ready for.
Email
The sequences that carry somebody from a first download to a first purchase.
Offers
Stacking, pricing, guarantees, and the ladder above your first one.
Scaling
What to do when it works, which is where most people quietly stall.
Finish the twenty-eight days first. This is for the people who did and want the rest of it.
The Community
The part I have not built yet. A room for the people doing this on the same evenings, where the half-finished offer gets looked at by somebody other than you at eleven at night.
I am not going to pretend it exists. When it opens, everybody in the Vault hears first.
Who is writing this
I was an electrician. A good one.
In 2022 my company, CM-Installation, won Årets El-installatør in the nought to one employee category. Electrician of the Year, for the one-man firms. That is me on the stage with the flowers.
I was genuinely pleased. It also tells you nothing about whether the business behind it is working, and mine was not, in the end. I built it, I watched it fall over, and what rebuilt things was not a better idea. It was learning the sales and marketing part, badly and slowly, at night, after work.
I have stood on a stage and talked about it since. That is not the interesting part. The interesting part is that everything here is written for somebody with twenty minutes and a job, because that is the only version I have actually done.
What stops most people is not the idea. It is that nobody ever finishes one.
