What the Vault is, what you can do with it, what I earn if you follow a link, and what I do not promise.

1Who I am

The Ignite Vault is run by Ignite Global ApS, registered in Denmark. Where this page says "I" or "me" it means that company. Where it says "you" it means the person using the Vault.

By using the Vault you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it, and use the unsubscribe link to remove yourself.

2What the Vault is

A library of training, worksheets, prompts and templates about building and selling an offer online. It is free. There is no payment field on the opt-in page and there never will be.

Parts of it are still being built. Lessons without a video say so on the lesson itself, and I would rather show you that than pretend otherwise.

3Getting in, and your link

• Access is a permanent link emailed to you, not a password. There is nothing to reset and nothing to lose except the email.
• The link is not secret and I cannot stop you sharing it. I would rather you sent people to the opt-in page so I know they exist, but nothing bad happens to you if you do not.
• I can withdraw access if it is being abused, for example automated scraping or bulk redistribution of the files.

4What you can do with the files, and what you cannot

You can download everything, print it, fill it in, and use every template, script and prompt in your own business, including commercially. That is what they are for. You do not need to credit me.

You cannot resell them, give them away as your own lead magnet, upload them to a course or membership you charge for, or publish them anywhere as if you wrote them. The words and files stay mine.

Anything you write into a worksheet is yours. I never see it. The fillable PDFs save to your own device.

5What I link to, and what I earn

I point you there because Modules 1 to 5 use AI agents that live inside LaunchPad, so those lessons genuinely need it. You are free to join without my link, or not at all, and Module 0 and Module 6 work without it.

Launch You set their own prices, terms and refunds, and can change them. At the time of writing their page states the first 7 days are free and LaunchPad then continues at $147 a month. Check their current terms yourself before you sign up. I have no control over their product, their billing or their support.

6No promises about what happens next

This is the honest part.

• I do not guarantee you will make any money. Not a specific amount, not any amount.
• Nothing in the Vault is a projection or a promise of earnings. Where I describe what happened to me or to somebody else, that is one person's result and not a typical one.
• What you get out depends on your offer, your market, your effort and a good deal of things neither of us controls.

7This is not professional advice

The Vault is educational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or medical advice, and I am not qualified to give you any of those. Before you make a decision that matters, talk to somebody who is.

8Availability and changes

I add to the Vault, change it, and occasionally remove things. I try to keep it up and I do not promise it will never be down. If I ever shut the whole thing, I will email you first with enough notice to download what you want.

9Liability

The Vault is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses from decisions you made using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

10Law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
